Awful experience I wanted to purchase a Honda Accord and he spoke to me and told me to come and I told him the best internet price offered for Honda Accord by Richards I wanted to purchase a Honda Accord and he spoke to me and told me to come and I told him the best internet price offered for Honda Accord by Richardson Motors of Dubuque who gave the full break up with cost for me on the road. I spoke to Mr. Mark Hoyer of Randy Keuhl. He told me that they will definitely beat the price offered by Richardson motors and he told me that the color I needed will be kept ready. Once I go there, Mr. Hoyer, said that he is not able to honour his words and went on to say that why don`t I go to Dubuque only and see if they will honour the internet price. I ultimately went to Richardson Motors and Ryan at Richardson made it an absolute pleasant experience. Of course, I changed my mind to CRV and they gave me a deal as good as the Honda Accord as they promised. I spoke to my friends and they all had poor opinion about Rany Keuhl. More

Matt was very soft spoken and friendly, he did not talk down to us, he simply told us what our options might be and if we would be willing to look at a new car verses a used car before we started to talk about the used car. His attitude had everything to do with us purchasing a new car that day instead of the used car. Matt is a very personable person and was easy to talk with. More

Third row, leather, sunroof, 4wd and is a sharp looking car. I spoke to Trent Pearson who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He also wasn't pushy. He took his time to go over the car, and show me all of it's features. There was never a feeling that we needed to hurry. If anything WE wanted to hurry up as we had been through this process twice with two other dealerships in the same week. However Trent took his time. Everything clicked along like clockwork and I couldn't be happier. The Pilot is fantastic. Also a quick note on the Business Manager Brenda. She was very nice and thorough, taking the time to explain everything to us as well as being patient with my 1 year old that was having some issues. :) If your looking for a great car and excellent customer service I would highly recommend Trent, Brenda and Randy Kuehl Honda.
