I had a wonderful experience. I went in for service on my 99 Accord and had been having some issues. The transmission was in need of replacement. I hadn't planned on purchasing a car but given the age of m 99 Accord and had been having some issues. The transmission was in need of replacement. I bought my 2009 CRV from Randy Kuehl Honda new in 2009 and decided I was ready to upgrade to the newer model. Chanin kept an eye out for a 2012 and e-mailed me as soon as they got one in. He ran the fin and decided I was ready to upgrade to the newer model. Chanin kept an eye out for a 2012 and e-mailed me as soon as they got one in. He ran the financing for me and estimated my monthly payments, etc without me even having to come in to the dealership. I knew I was interested in this vehicle, but then I ended up having an emergency appendectomy. My parents drove me up to the dealership a few days later to do the trade. Chanin already had all of the paperwork ready to go. They switched my tires for me (I had just bought the ones on my 2009) and while they were doing the switch, Chanin found a vehicle for us to take out to lunch-- he came around with a Honda Pilot because he thought it would be easier for me to get in and out of after my surgery. When we got back from lunch, the service guys were still working on the tires, so he went and got my pillow out of the backseat of my 2009 and put it in the back of the Pilot for me so that I could rest while they were finishing the service. He definitely went above and beyond...I have had excellent experiences both times I bought a vehicle from Randy Kuehl. I am usually not one to fill out these surveys, but I did feel that they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, even though they already knew I was going to buy a vehicle from them. More
