I met Chanin as I was driving through the dealership over lunch. Chanin came out to say hello and asked a few questions on what I was looking for. We started out looking at a nice one owner used Honda Accord and went as far as figuring out financing and a final number on the car even though we were still tossing around several other ideas. I had already made one decision which was I would be getting my next vehicle at Randy Kuehl Honda from Chanin. I felt very comfortable asking any question I had and Chanin made sure I got my question answered. I have only bought vehicles in the past but one thing Chanin took the time to do was teach me about how leasing worked and that he felt I was a driver that could also benefit from leasing a knew car since I drive less than 12,000 miles per year. I have always wondered about leasing but never got it in my "comfort zone" to explore trading a vehicle I had a loan on and leasing a new vehicle. After gathering all the information I decided I was the perfect candidate to lease a vehicle and the transaction was simple and easy. I am so glad Chanin took the time to give me all the options. I would also like to say that the finance office is top knotch as well. Chanin coordintated my appointment with business manager, Breck Calame, to sign the lease. Breck had everything ready to go, explained everything I was signing to me and then coordinated a time for my wife to stop by the dealership when she got off work to sign. I took delivery of a brand new 2013 Honda Civic with a fresh clean and detail! Chanin made sure I got a quick tour of the vehicle, linked my phone up to the bluetooth connection in the car and sent me on my way! I owned a 2006 Honda Civic that had given me many years of reliable transportation. A starter problem that was difficult to diagnose caused me some grief and got me to thinking that it was about time to of reliable transportation. A starter problem that was difficult to diagnose caused me some grief and got me to thinking that it was about time to trade her in. The pending $700 bill for that and a cracked bumper from it being towed to the dealer pushed me in that direction even more. Brian helped me work out a deal in which the dealership took my Civic in on trade for a new one. I put the money I saved in repairs into a down payment. All in all I am satisfied with the deal but like everyone would have liked a better one. For his part though Brian was professional and had a very easy going demeanor. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new car. Just ask for Brian. More
