What I can brag about, though, is the treatment I received. Mike Teply truly the nicest salesman who spent time with whatever I need to make decisions and he gave me an excellent orientation to my car. Just bought a new 2012 CR-V through Randy Keuhl Honda and would absolutely go back to them for the next vehicle. I had stopped in a week prior and talked to Andy, who let me look at the vehicle with no pres would absolutely go back to them for the next vehicle. When I did go back, Andy was out of the office, but worked with Brian who let me look at and drive th CR-V...which was pretty much all it took. I had looked at both a Jeep Compass and Buick Encore that same day, and really felt the CR-V was the best fit for me. But more than that, the Customer Service at Randy Keuhl was what sealed the deal. They were upfront with the numbers and didn't play any games like one of the previous dealerships had tried to do. If I had any complaints at all, the only thing that I'd say was that the paperwork seemed to take longer than necessary...but I had nowhere to be, so it wasn't a really big issue. I'm crazy about my new vehicle and a big part of that is because of the experience I had purchasing it. More
