After owning and purchasing 5 Civics from Randy Kuehl in the past, my husband and I decided to move up to the Accord. Our sales rep (Chanin) was extremely efficient in answering our questions and patiently explaining the entire process, including going over the new things offered on the Accord thoroughly. The financial person (Breck) offered us options to chose from and then explained the process in words we could understand. Our dealings with the Service Department (Alice) in the past definitely influenced our decision to stick with Randy Kuehl Honda for fair and honest treatment. In December of 2012 we became a two car household when we bought our Accord thanks to Randy Kuehl Honda. My momma car got totaled earlier this year and so I was in the market for a new one. Since I had experience with this dealership before it was a no brainer to return here to get a new (to us) car. I wanted something bigger and with good gas mileage that could still fit in my budget. I expressed all my concerns and needs to Brian and he found me a 2010 CR-V that I am in love with and feel proud and confident driving. I knew that with my credit score and budget we couldn't get anything too wild and that there would be some features that would be out of my range but never did I dream they'd be able to get me something as nice as they did. There were several CR-Vs on the lot and by choosing one without power seats and without a fancy center console I got an insanely great deal on a car with only a little over 13,000 miles on it. These folks are GREAT at helping you figure out what will work best for your needs and they really care about making you happy with your deal. Nate approved my awesome deal and Breck worked with the banks to get us the best loan. I was treated very well and felt like a person instead of just another sale. They really cared about meeting my families needs. More
