We purchased a 2012 Odyssey just the other day. We'd been around to a number of different dealerships driving a lot of different vehicles. We'd purchased a CR-V from the same dealership about 10 years been around to a number of different dealerships driving a lot of different vehicles. We'd purchased a CR-V from the same dealership about 10 years ago and since returning to CR have been using them for servicing. Brandon was very helpful on our first visit to the dealership. After eliminating other options, we returned and were helped by Andy. Andy was very knowledgeable about the Odyssey, providing information without being pushy -- one of the better interactions we've had with salespeople throughout this process. While the purchase process followed the traditional script, Andy was helpful and considerate -- even staying late on a Friday after closing to finalize the paperwork so that we could take the van home for the weekend. We're very glad to have been able to purchase the vehicle locally, rather than needing to head North or South to other dealerships. We value a locally-owned dealership and supporting the economy in our home town. More

Before I start, I want to thank Matt Smith and Breck Calame for the wonderful experience that My wife and I had with purchasing a used car from them. We decided to try giving Randy Kuehl Honda in Cedar Rapids a try, as we really wanted to purchase a 2006 Civic. My wife called ahead on a Thursday to inform them that I would be coming to begin initial talk about what we wanted. She was answered by Matt Smith who said that he would be expecting me. From the moment we shook hands and said hello to each other, I could tell that there was something different about Matt than other car salesman. The entire process, he was down-to-earth and straight forward about every aspect, from me laying out what we wanted in a car through signing final papers. Matt answered all of our questions and worked diligently with us to make sure that everything went as smooth as possible. My wife and I really liked the car and told Matt on the following Saturday that we wanted to purchase it. He helped us get some amount off the asking price and walked us through the process from there on out. Again, I felt very comfortable with Matt and never felt defensive or as though I was being talked into something I didn't want. I felt like I was talking to someone who really wanted to help us find the right car. There was a little trouble with us getting approved for financing as we had a 0 credit score. (We are both fresh out of college, me working and her in grad school) This didn't phase Matt or Breck at all, who continued to work with us and let us know that they wanted to help us not only purchase a good car but help us establish our first foundation with our credit. I cannot imagine a smoother process or a better group of people to work with than Matt or Breck. I know that if or when we go to purchase another car, Randy Kuehl will be the first place we go. I highly recommend that you go and ask for Matt Smith. You will NOT be disappointed. More

Very pleased with all the hard work the sales team did for us. A new mini van didn't work out for us but when we came in they had a another plan for us ready just in case and that one worked out better th for us. Mike was very friendly. He was not pushy nor did I ever feel pressured. He worked hard with sales manager Nate, to get the deal I was after. After some negotiating we reached an agreement. The overall experience is good/great for this car buying process. The dealer is nice and can help customer as requested.
