The sales team (excluding Chris) were fantastic. They delivered EXACTLY what was discussed and promised. I wasn't taken advantage of. The car was priced accordingly and I was given a fair trade in value. Would I buy another car from Randy Kuehl? Yes, as long as I dealt with the same people on the sales team. Even the finance guy was fair and honest. I wasn't pressured to buy anything I didn't already say I wanted. I really would like to show my appreciation to all these guys and thank them for not making it miserable to buy a car as it most often is this way. They really are some of the better car salesmen I have dealt with in my 48 years. Now the service department is a different story. I hate them with every inch of my being. It is because of the service department I almost didn't buy a car at Randy Kuehl. My last car I had, the individuals in the service department always took 2 to 3 times to get EVERY repair done right. They wasted so much of my time and did such horrible work I would never trust them with a car ever again. I was even charged for an AC repair that they were the root cause of the problem. Did it ever work after the multiple repairs? Nope. When they had to replace a transmission they left deep gouge marks in the transmission pan, etc There is just too many items to list why the service department sucks. However as stated above I will give credit to the sales guys as they are solid and a good group of individuals. The service department should take after the leadership in the sales dept and learn a thing or two. More
