booked online, reserved loaner, got confirmation. Arrived for service was told very bluntly by the assigned personnel (Jarrett). He did offer to get a shuttle driver for me, "if he could find one". I eventually waited in the lobby while the service was performed. I suppose that was so Jarrett could try to sell me a set of tires while I waited. I have had every service and every oil changed at the dealership since I purchased my outback from the same dealership, never has anyone been as rude and unhelpful as Jarrett. I doubt I will ever return. More
