Amazing! !! Kathryn knows us and always takes great care of us! In fact, we have a vehicle that is not a Subaru and take it there because they are that wonderf !! I was due for my state inspection, stopped in to see if they had any availability and they worked me in quickly. Kathryn even spent time vacuuming out the residual leaves from the abundance at our residence, topped off our washer fluid and the service department completed everything in less than 30 min. I couldn’t believe it! Go to Randy Marion, you won’t be disappointed! This is not an outlier. I get this level of customer service from Kathryn every time! More
