THE SALES TEAM WERE ALL PROFESSIONAL. I BOUGHT A USED CAR AFTER TEST DRIVE. NO FINANCING WAS NEEDED. ALL WENT AS SMOOTH AS POSSIBLE AS FAR AS EMPLOYEE INTERACTION AND JOSH WAS VERY GOO I BOUGHT A USED CAR AFTER TEST DRIVE. NO FINANCING WAS NEEDED. IT TOOK APPROXIMATELY 3HRS TO PURCHASE AND PAY FOR A CAR THAT I SPECIFICALLY CAME TO LOOK AT. ALL THE PAPER WORK AND HIDDEN/UNNECESSARY FEES ETC THAT BUYERS MAY NOT KNOW CAN BE PROBLEMATIC FOR A LARGE PART OF CONSUMERS. ADVERTISED PRICE MOST CERTAINLY IS NOT THE FINAL PRICE OF THE VEHICLE. SAME IS TRUE FOR HOTELS ETC. MAYBE JUST AN INTERNET PRICE WAR ISSUE BUT MOST DEFINATELY IS A TURN OFF FOR BUYERS IN THE CAR MARKET.
