OK,we received a recall notice couple times for a small part of this car, directed to contact this dealer. My husband called them last week and made appointment for this morning. My concern: why told us to come today if you don't have that part? When we made the appointment, were told only Monday morning is for that recall. I went to this dealership on the recommendation from my aunt that has been buying vehicles from dealerships through Oliver Hackney for about 25 years. Oliver lived up to the great reputation that my aunt conveyed to me. He went above and beyond to find and deliver the vehicle that I was looking for. He negotiated a better price than the other three dealers that I had contacted previous to speaking to Oliver. I came to the dealership looking for a used vehicle to purchase. Was greated by Robert and the conversation began regarding what I was looking for. I had already choosen the vehicle I wanted to test drive, 2011 Equinox, specifically looking for AWD. I did that and was then offered a test drive in a 2013 GMC Terrain. Upon my return again we discussed my fellings about each vehicle. At that point I could have gone with either vehicle. I liked them both but wanted to keep within a certain budget. Robert asked whether Leasing was an option for me. I did not think it was an option available to me due to the number of miles I drive daily. He offered to run the numbers to see if we could stay within my budget and maybe get me into a new vehicle if possible, keeping in mind the miles I drive each day. I knew approx. what my payment would be on the Equinox as I had done my homework prior to showing up on the lot. With some help from other staff the breakdown was brought to me to decide between the vehicles. In the end I drove off in the 2013 Terrain. Stayed within my budget and was comfortable with the Lease terms (I will go over the miles and was aware I would) and the buy out price in the end. I take very good care of my vehicles so I will know when the lease is up and I purchase the GMC that I will still have a very dependable vehicle that has been well maintained. Everything was explained to me in detail and poor Robert answered a million questions, maybe some more than once. A very good experience overall considering this is the first new vehicle I have purchased. More

Dayna Suess was an amazing representative. her ability to handle multiple situations yet devote her attention to each individual was remarkable. during our visit she dealt with ourselves and 2 other persons handle multiple situations yet devote her attention to each individual was remarkable. during our visit she dealt with ourselves and 2 other persons and at no time did we feel like we were left unattended. very impressive organizational skills were displayed by her. also, her knowledge of the vehicle we purchased was impressive. i have never owned a GMC before but felt very comfortable making the purchase after dealing with Dayna. finally, her follow up has been great and very appreciated. there were some issue with my AAA provider getting information over and to myself. i can say that Dayna was able to provide me with a copy of my insurance before my AAA agent. very impressive. Steve Cohen was one of the friendliest individuals i have ever met. prior to coming to Randy Wise i had gotten pre-approved by my own financial institution at a favorable rate. this was done after contacting other institutions as well. i was confident that the financing i had was the lowest i could get and i would have no use in dealing with Steve. i was wrong right away he made us feel as if we have been associates for sometime before this day, even friends. he was non-aggressive and confident that he could beat the rate i had secured. he was correct. during the finalizing of the deal steve really took his time to explain to us and answer all questions regarding the different options available. not only this but he made my six year old daughter who had come along for the purchase feel comfortable. she is usually shy but had no problem answering questions that Steve posed to her. overall my experience at Randy Wise was fantastic and it will be the first place i look when it is time for another vehicle. i look forward to dealing with Dayna and Steve in the future.
