My husband went in to look at the truck on Saturday they made a deal and he was told to take the truck home for the weekend while they got the paper work taken care of, and we would just come back in on Monday and sign the paperwork and be gone , Not what happened first They called my husband in for a copy of his drivers license (that they already had a copy of , he took the truck home for the weekend ) He drove to Durand waited for 45 min. for someone to finally come out of the office and say never mind we will take care of it when you come back this afternoon to sign the paperwork. We went to our 4:30 appointment to sign papers and we were left setting at a desk for an hour with no explaination or much interaction at all. finally 1 1/2 hours later we left , We have bought 4 cars from Graffs and never been just left setting and ignored like we were here .
