Randy Wise Ford was highly recommended to Gary & myself by the McParland family, and more specifically-salesman John Durand. The EDGE, EXPLORER and the 150 TRUCK were decided as 3 options best fitting our family needs. To narrow choices down to the 'perfect' auto for us, Mr. Durand gave me facts and figures (lease vs. buy) on these 3 vehicles, and of course had me test drive. (when auto shopping, I do the leg; work, then my husband comes with... Mr. Durand was more than helpful, polite, added some humor here and there, informative, happy, always on time, I never waited for him, he offered water, coffee etc. was courteous and most professional. My husband and I were very comfortable with Mr. Durand. So.. we drove off in our new leased Edge with the exact equipment, monthly payment we wanted and even the color I wanted. Best car buying experience I've ever had. After some confusion as to the dealer location, John arranged to have the car delivered to me for a test drive.
