Very smooth transition to a CPO Audi S7 Had been searching for a 2016 CPO S6 or S7 and found both at Audi Freehold. I had been driving an Infiniti that I bought from Ray Catena Bridgewater Had been searching for a 2016 CPO S6 or S7 and found both at Audi Freehold. I had been driving an Infiniti that I bought from Ray Catena Bridgewater and was very pleased with that dealer experience and was wondering how the Audi Freehold experience would go. I ended up buying a 2016 CPO Audi S7 with 8000 miles. The experience was great. Florentino was extremely helpful, accommodating of my schedule, and he certainly knows his cars. There was never any pressure, Florentno did a great job of coordinating the paperwork and even after the sale he has been tremendous in reaching out to me many times to explain the features of the car and to answer my questions. This has been another great Ray Catena purchase for me . I will continue to recommend Ray Catena and will recommend Florentino for anyone looking for an Audi. The Audi Freehold showroom is beautiful and while the location is not convenient for me I will make every effort to get my maintenance performed there. Also, it is always nice seeing Ray Catena himself on the showroom floor. He continues to be a hands on leader of his organization and in pushing for client satisfaction. More

Unfortunately when I brought the car home for my wife, a Mercedes Benz customer, she was very disappointed, to no avail. I had to call the dealership the next morning and talk to Richard about switching out of the car. That's when Richard perform his magic and talked with Ray Catena Mercedes of Freehold Mercedes and we were able to exchange the Q7 to a MB GLS 450.
