"Awesome service "

The service department is second to none. A trip to the dealership for service is not supposed as effortless as it was. Brought my Q5 in for service and was greeted and treated with respect and courtesy. Joe Miller, service manager, made sure I was taken care of. Car problem was explained in detail and there were no tricks. There is something true when people say they are taken care of the "Catena" way. Will always recommend their company for anyone looking for a luxury vehicle.

Service at Ray Catena AUDI in Toms River is top notch. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted by John Lazaro. He knew who I was, already pulled up my information and quickly started my service. My car was serviced and ready within an hour (less time than expected). I am always treated like a VIP when I get my car serviced. What a pleasure

"Excellent Service"

I had a small issue with my brand new 2018 q5 but the issue was taken care of by Joseph Fattorusso and his General Manager. We felt very important and that the solution was put into motion immediately. I thank you for everything. No car is perfect but the Ray Catena Audi Freehold is.

"Customer Service was not good"

They delivered the car just fixing issue with no proper test. A new issue raised after their fix and got appointment 2 weeks later for their improper fix of the car problem.

"Great experience"

They did it again. I took my S5 in for service, I was offered a loaner. So I said to my service adviser, Jon, what do you have that's interesting? First I was offered an A3, but he quickly withdrew that and offered me a 2017 A4 with a lot of on board toys. I took the car home and was more than pleasantly surprised. My wife took a drive with me, she loved the car. She said that she really liked the car and needed a change. We came back, the next night and drove away with a new car. Thank you all

Putting aside the shear magnificence of the building and overall appearance of the facility I would have to say from just a simple car wash to the purchase of one of the greatest production cars ever to grace the road the experience is overwhelming they are my extended family ! It's refreshing to see a dealership that really gets IT please use me for what ever reference you my need in the future Joseph Fortunato ????

We are having trouble using all of he electronic site car. So far we have been back twice for lessons. The people who helped us were knowledgable and very polite. Not only that they've washed the car! Will be back ext week for another lesson...and car wash.
