Where Joe, Denis and Rich really went above and beyond was with an issue I was having with an Audi discount. There was some confusion as to how to apply it, and I couldn't believe how they stepped in and worked with Audi on my behalf to get the issue resolved. I can't think of too many other dealerships where the Sales Manager and the General Manager would sit with you and discuss the issue and then follow through to a successful conclusion!
