Very Impressed Over the lasy 30 years I have purchased many new cars.I always felt like buying a new car was like going into battle.This was my first time at Ray Cat Over the lasy 30 years I have purchased many new cars.I always felt like buying a new car was like going into battle.This was my first time at Ray Catena Audi in freehold.Everyone is happy when they buy a new car as I am,the RS5 is better then what I expected.This was a Fantastic experience ,im very impressed with the friendly and knowledgeable staff.Their was no battle they seemed like old friends.Alex my sales associate was great easy to talk to,no pressure,answered all my questions.I traded in a nine year old car ,manual trans,they gave me a very stong price for it.Negotiation on trade and new car purchase took 2 minutes to make a deal.How often can you use the words fare and honest when you talking about a car dealer.I would like to thank alex and all the people at audi freehold for a great experience. A customer can trust that Ray Catena will not needlessly try to inflate a service bill. This dealership is as honest and transparent as they come. I have enjoyed working with Joseph Miller, Audi Freehold Service Manager for nearly 20 years, throughout his tenure at Ray Catena. He has always been friendly and approachable. From a customer's prospective, his service department at Audi appears to be well organized and efficient, as all of his associates are helpful and genuinely enthusiastic.
