Ron's excitement for the Audi brand was clear and contagious, thus leading to me falling in love with a car they had in inventory. Once the model was picked, Ron's enthusiasm did not stop there as he worked diligently with the finance manager to get me better rates than what my local bank could do! My least favorite part of car shopping has always been the legnthy negotiating process, however this experience was the complete opposite. Understanding what I was looking for, Ron spoke to his manager and they came over to discuss various options with me. The negotiations lasted about 10 minutes and we had a deal. A couple of days later when I picked up the car, everything was ready for me and between signing the paperwork and showing me new features of the car, Ron had me in and out in under 45 minutes.
