Highly Reccommend I recently purchased an Audi A5 Cabriolet. This was my first Audi and I can say the experience from pre purchase to post purchase has been excellent. I recently purchased an Audi A5 Cabriolet. This was my first Audi and I can say the experience from pre purchase to post purchase has been excellent. Although I am on Long Island the 2 hour trip two Freehold was worth it. . The dealership is very responsive. I received an immediate response to my inquiries after hours from Denis Carvoy, the Sales Manager, who provided a competitive price with incentives and provided additional information about the vehicle after I inquired online. I could tell from the response and the answers there were going to be no games which is breath of fresh and he works very closely with his team. Ron Marvo was a pleasure to work with. He answered all of my questions promptly and kept me in the loop of the status of the inventory. My particular model was in route from the port. and I was very specific in the color combination that I wanted. He kept me in the loop of the specific inventory that was in and only had me come in once the car I really wanted to see (which I purchased came in) so I could compare this vs other combos and not waste my time. I was able to confirm this was the car I wanted and also see all of the other inventory. Knowing I was coming from out of town, Ron respected my time. Most of the pre sale paper work was done to help same time. Price was already agreed in advance for the car so there were no games. Ron also worked me and I received a fair price for my trade in. The car came in off the port on a Monday and I was driving home this new beauty on a Wed. Ron is very professional and customer service oriented. What I appreciate is the promptness and detail of his responses to all of my questions, and I admit I do ask a lot. From pre purchase inquires to answering all of my questions regarding the many features of the car post purchase,, Ron works for you and makes sure his customers are happy. For a great expeirence if you are in the market for an Audi, I highly reccomend working with Ron. Ray Cantena Audi is a great dealership and it was a pleasure working with Ron and Denis. Totally worth the 2 hour trip for this amazing car and my first Audi! More

great experience i purchased a q7 for my wife a few months back, everything was perfect, flo our sales guy , awesome, on top of everything, dennis and the front were a i purchased a q7 for my wife a few months back, everything was perfect, flo our sales guy , awesome, on top of everything, dennis and the front were awesome...my son needed a car, i had a budget for him , and after seeing what he was looking at i decided to call flo and see what he can do to get him in an audi..He came thru again, just purchased a cert pre owned a4 for him, once again , flo on top of his game. i was in lexus for many yrs and always at ray catena, we went to ray catena audi in freehold and im hooked , my first german auto and we love it.the dealership is state of the art perfection , like ray catena always does..if and only if i had 1 negative , it is that if you have a budget of lets say 22k for a pre owned vehicle for your son and you find that vehicle, to add on 7-8k more in extended warranty is just putting you way over your budget.now of course you dont have to purchase the extended warranty but just saying.but like i said , a ray catena dealership is the only place i would get a vehicle from, period.and i also would like to give kudos to Javier in parts, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. More
