As soon as we met him we felt super comfortable and not pressured at all, we fell in love with the RX 350 and came back this morning with our trade in vehicle. Excellent service Brought my car in to have the front wheel bearings replaced. Giuseppe Insigna was very helpful and provided me the cost up front and a loaner car. After the work was completed, I heard a faint squeaking noise coming from the front wheels, and after bringing the car back, Giuseppe said he'll have the master technician take a look at it. While waiting, there were a couple of cars in front of me that the master technician would have to work on first. Rather than having me wait in the dealership all day, Giuseppe was very thoughtful and provided me a loaner car so that I can go about my business. After the master technician was finished, Giuseppe took me to see the master technician so that he can explain the cause of the squeak. The master technician assured me that the squeak is not a safety issue and is nothing to worry about. He even sprayed some lube so that the squeaking noise disappeared. Giuseppe was very helpful and understanding throughout all this and I very much appreciate that. More

Our 2nd Service appointment was as outstanding as the 1st ! We had to return because a backordered part (seat heater switch assy.) needed to be installed in our RX-450h. Completed the courtesy car paperwork quickly and we were off . . . an hour or so later they phoned and said the work was finished, so we returned and finalized the paperwork, returned the courtesy car. "NO CHARGE for ANYTHING" because of the "Lexus Pre-Owned Guarantee" ! Delivered our car (washed again, spotlessly clean) right up to the service door and we were off ! Kudos to all, especially "Technician # 154" ! (Maybe they should let him/her use a first or last name at least, after all, he/she did the actual work !) More

The greeters in the service department, every service advisor I've met with, the ladies at the center reception desk, my salesman, Anthony Franconero, the sales manager, Alan, even the lady that ensures the waiting room is clean and fully stocked - everyone is nothing but pleasant to deal with. Everything is always very organized and runs very smoothly. My appointments are always confirmed ahead of time and followed up the next day with a pleasant email. When I first visited the dealership in April this year I had already visited several other dealers and brands and this one, by far, ranks #1 across the board. This is a first class establishment and it is obvious that their pride is in their reputation. I could go on about all the little things that this dealership does to keep their customers happy, but I will close by saying that I don't plan on ever going to any other dealership for a car ever again.
