Nancy was my main contact before I picked up the car. All my questions and concerns were addressed in a very efficient / professional way - exchanging emails as preferred by me. When I contact other dealers, no matter what I ask via email, their answer would always be "please let us know when you would like to pay a visit" -- please excuse me that I can't visit all dealership to ask a few questions... I clearly see the differences between the dealderships. I didn't do any homework when I first visited an Audi and a Lexus dealer close to where I lived on the same day. The audi dealer definitely preyed on me, and wrote a few retail numbers on a piece of paper for me and "invited" me to sit in an Audi... The Lexus dealer offered me a test drive right away, showed me the websites that provided invoice prices etc., and then taught me a lot of things about buying a new car.
