Ched Gelb was very professional and made me feel very comfortable throughout this process even though the dealership had never encountered this situation. He was timely with phone calls and patient when waiting for documents from me. In the same manner, Joe Napolitano was very friendly, knowledgable, and patient in explaining the functions of the car.
