They told me what they could do for me, which wasn't great. They told me that when I come back to return the car and get my new leased car, they would do better for me. My husband told me to go to Ray Catena in Larchmont. I sat down with a dealer. His name was Noel Greenstein. What a difference . He was so kind friendly. I really felt that he wasn't trying to deals at me to get me. He sat there and told me everything that he would do for me. I felt that I could trust him immediately. He spent a lot of time and didn't tell me that if I came back to him, I would get a better deal. He layed it all out right there and then. I went home and told my husband to come back with me and make the deal. My husband like him immediately also. We just didn't feel like we were being taken for I will always go back to him for now on. It was a very nice experience. Everyone else was kind. I highly recommend this dealership. More

Nancy was my main contact before I picked up the car. All my questions and concerns were addressed in a very efficient / professional way - exchanging emails as preferred by me. When I contact other dealers, no matter what I ask via email, their answer would always be "please let us know when you would like to pay a visit" -- please excuse me that I can't visit all dealership to ask a few questions... I clearly see the differences between the dealderships. I didn't do any homework when I first visited an Audi and a Lexus dealer close to where I lived on the same day. The audi dealer definitely preyed on me, and wrote a few retail numbers on a piece of paper for me and "invited" me to sit in an Audi... The Lexus dealer offered me a test drive right away, showed me the websites that provided invoice prices etc., and then taught me a lot of things about buying a new car. Well, I bought a Lexus eventually... Anyways, the team was great! really appreciated their professions. More
