Steve got us a certified rx 350 for a price that beat everything that was offered by all the other dealerships in my area. When I spoke with Jeff Hapoienu, I felt he was concerned about my previous experiences and that he wanted me to have a good experience with Lexus--I felt a sense of care about me and the decision I was trying to make. He did not try to push any decision onto me but rather gave me the facts and figures so that I could come to my own conclusion as to what was the best decision for me (i.e., lease a new vehicle or buy my current vehicle). He spent a tremendous amount of time with me, reviewed every single one of my questions and concerns, and never made me feel like I was under time pressure or that my questions were an annoyance. I have owned and leased 2 Lexuses. I had an Infinity for the past 3 years,and instead of the new Q50, I chose a new Lexus G350. The end of year deal was too good to turn down. I had dealt with Noel from 2 the past 3 years,and instead of the new Q50, I chose a new Lexus G350. The end of year deal was too good to turn down. I had dealt with Noel from 2008 to 2010 and found him to be as pleasant and as straight forward as he was back then.
