So this is the second time Steve Richman @ Ray Cantina Lexus has exceeded my expectations. I normally dislike car salespersons but Steve was straightforward and easy to deal with from the moment I walked Lexus has exceeded my expectations. On both lease occasions he quoted me a very fair price first so there was no need for back and forth negotiations and he never needed to "check with his sales manager" a negotiating technique that I despise. Both my cars were delivered on time in perfect condition and at the agreed upon price. My second deal was done completely over the phone and I only saw Steve when I swapped out my car. I could not ask for a better experience with a dealer. Steve and his team are awesome! More
