Absolutely Fanastic. Michael Bergman is amazing! We came into Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains with skepticism because prior we was dealing with some of the other high end dealerships in the area (e. We came into Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains with skepticism because prior we was dealing with some of the other high end dealerships in the area (e.g. Pepe Infiniti) and the experience left me with heartburn. When my wife and I walked into this dealership, we were greeted with warmth from the reception staff and were introduced to Mike. I must say he was atypical to others we dealt with in the past. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, showed us the different options to choose from and really explained the process without the pushiness that would be expected from a salesperson. Mike adds a touch of humor and personality to it all that made us wanting to keep the conversation going. When we came back to pick up the car it wasn't about signing the papers and getting pushed out the door. He introduced us to the service department and showed the amenities of the dealership. Then he took us out to our new Lexus and spent a half an hour explaining the features in detail...pretty amazing! When our lease is up, we are coming back.
