We we asked - without pressure - if we were browsing or would like to see a salesperson. We said browsing (which we were only trying to familiarize ourselves with the Lexus suite of products). We were then offered water, coffee, latte, or soda. The coffee is excellent. When we narrowed our field to the vehicle we were interested in we told the concierge we would like to speak to someone and a salesperson came up to us moments later. Tim Feighery ran us through every inch of the vehicle in question, and answered all questions in depth, clearly and succinctly. The initial review of the vehicle and the sales experience brought us back for a test drive and more questions, technical and financial, and we purchased the vehicle. We were even more impressed with how thorough the technician was during his tutorial, showing us how every aspect of the car worked. He made sure we understood everything before he moved on. And their vehicles have a LOT of safety, comfort and infotainment features. It was one of the most pleasurable car purchasing experiences I've ever had, if not THE most. Tim is true professional and cares about his clients and their needs. And the dealership is state of the art building with servicing amenities I'm looking forward to using.
