Adriana was great right from my first meeting I was made to feel welcome and knew she was trustworthy she had already picked out a similar vehicle and explained the differences etc. Then to review the figur to feel welcome and knew she was trustworthy she had already picked out a similar vehicle and explained the differences etc. Then to review the figures she had also already pulled them up and all I had to do was a few tweaks and we had a deal. Everyone of the employees are courteous and professional, from the greeters, service advisers, front desk staff, sales ( particularly Adriana ) who assisted me in buying a 2026 CLC and my husband a 2026 GLE. But from my observations, the excellence starts at the top from Ray and Leigh the GM at the Freehold location. Lee in particular makes sure that every potential customer is given top notch service. I strongly recommend this dealership to anyone considering buying or servicing a Mercedes Benz. One small disappointment, we brought our car to have the license plates put on. While there we asked about a car wash - a service we know has been offered for years but one we have not taken advantage of. To our surprise, we were told that this service is not offered. Taylor overheard the conversation and took care of it for us. More
