Chris responded immediately to our email requesting a quote for a custom built We had a truly pleasurable car buying experience with Chris Popin. Chris responded immediately to our email requesting a quote for a custom built 2017 Mercedes GLE 350. He asked questions to determine if we qualified for any discounts. Even though we did not qualify for a Mileage Plus Fleet discount of $1,500, he arranged for a discount of $1,000 in lieu of that. Chris was always glad to revise the quote anytime we made changes to the vehicle configuration. His final quote was excellent and beat all the other dealerships we contacted. Once we accepted his quote and placed a deposit, Chris kept us informed every step of the way regarding the status of the car and what actions were required of us prior to the delivery date. Chris was always very clear, organized, professional and transparent in his communications, whether in person or via email.
