Unexpectedly Smooth and Easy Nobody enjoys the car buying/leasing process less than I do. In a very short time frame he was exactly where I needed to be; no B.S., no grey areas. He made it all clear and where I needed it to be. The day I picked up the car I got a flat tire. Willie gave informed us of our rights, searched out a loaner for us, and got the car repaired by warranty like it should have been.
