I dreaded the thought of dealing with a car salesman so I did most of my research online. Since my husband is retired, I asked him to test drive some cars while I was at work. That is when my husband met "Willie Barron", caring professional salesperson. He found the perfect car for me. Later, after I drove the car he offered us a lower price for the same certified car that was advertised online from another dealership. Everyone was very nice and courteous from finance to repair (a scratch had to be repaired). The best car transaction ever! Just recently Willy contacted us to see how my car is running. I mentioned the garage door opener remote in the car was not working...he came to my house and fixed it! He definitely changed my opinion about car salesmen. I highly recommend Freehold Mercedes and working with "Willie Barron". I love my Mercedes and will use them in the future. Diane More
Sold a car without title, shame on this dealer We are out of state buyers. We went to the dealer two months ago (July 2, 2014) and bought a used 2012 Porsche Cayenne. We got a temporary tag which w We are out of state buyers. We went to the dealer two months ago (July 2, 2014) and bought a used 2012 Porsche Cayenne. We got a temporary tag which was only valid in 20 days. The financial manager Billy promised us that we definitely could receive the title in 20 days after the purchase. However, after 2 months, we still did not receive the title. I tried to contact (call and email) Billy many times and ask for the reason, but I got completely ignored by him. No response from financial department of this dealer as well as the general manager. Then we contacted the salesman, Artak, who we think is overall a helpful one. However, it did not make things better. We start to know more illegal things happening there!! He told us that frankly the dealer now still did not have the title and he did not know what's going on there. There is no time frame when they can get the title. He confirmed that the dealer can not know whether they can have the title. I was totally shocked since it should not happen at a such big dealership. It is illegal to sell a car without a title. It is indeed a shame on the dealer. They left a terrible problem to their customers. I am so frustrated to deal with them regarding this issue, as they did not get any follow-up calls and now complete ignore our calls. I do not know when they can have the title or they just can not be able to get the title. I want the truth!!! If we cannot get the title, we will sue this dealer and, meanwhile, report this case to local MVS, BBB, as well as police because of their criminal behavior. All buyers, please do think before step into this dealer. More

I called back and we agreed and I gave a deposit. 4 days later they don't have a car and nothing to offer me. How can you do business that way? More
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND 3 HOURS OF WASTED TIME! Mr. Dan Holden and my experience with him today was horrible. He did not address any of my problems. All he did was waste three hours of my time. I have had my vehicle battery jump started by service 4 times over the last 6 months. My cars battery was replaced months back with another bad and used battery. I spoke with service manager on Friday who told me to bring my car in Monday to have my battery replaced. Dan Holden wasted my time, told me many error codes came up but the battery still shows ok. Also my fuse box cover is missing clips and told me he has to get from a salvage. Really just change the entire cover. Spending 50K on a car at this dealership and this is how i am treated. More
Avoid this place at ALL COSTS!!!!!!! I've brought my GL here almost 5 times in 6 months. Every time it comes in, they nickel and dime every single repair, and always push for unnecessary repairs to up sell their services (put new wipers on 2 days before service - was told i needed new ones when brought in here). My recent visit was the straw that broke the camel's back - when it was a 300 dollar AC repair, that rose to 2500 dollars within 30 minutes, since they "forgot" to tell me about a few other things. When i refused the repairs, it became a negotiation - and they could reduce the cost to 1500 - my question is - why are you trying to charge me an additional 1000 dollars, and only when i ask to have my car back, begin negotiating repair costs - when the xxxx has a service center ever been a place of significant negotiation?? Also - they slow rolled my initial repair as i was killing time speaking with sales - in hopes of me buying a car from them. Overall, the shadiest place i've ever been too - they single handedly have almost turned me off from the brand all together. I will NEVER bring my cars there, and have made sure to tell everyone i know to avoid this place at all costs. Horrible, horrible service. Beyond shady operation. BBB complaint submitted. Hope this place goes away and ceases to tarnish an overall great brand in Mercedes. More

Always a ripoff I bought my car at this dealership. Every service visit starts and ends with extortion. Last one got me to the point where I will never buy another I bought my car at this dealership. They quoted me over $4000.00 worth of work and the work did not address the concern that made me bring in the car. When I asked about the issue I brought the car in originally for, they told me they needed to do the work they recommended first and they could not tell if anything else was wrong. More

When I arrived,they couldn't locate the sales person. Had to wait 15 minutes for another sales person who was rude and disinterested. The sales manager was of no help and gave me misinformation. I have purchased more than a dozen Mercedes Benz vehicles, but would not go back to this dealership. Their prices were high also. Better off to go to Contemporary Motors or Mercedes Benz of Morristown. More
