LET ME START BY SAYING THAT I AM A VERY SKEPTICAL PERSON.I HAVE TRUST ISSUES. AS A WOMAN I WAS SCARED TO WALK INTO THE DEALERSHIP. IN THE PAST I HAVE BEEN TOTALLY IGNORED AT OTHER MERCEDES DEALERS.. PERSON.I HAVE TRUST ISSUES. AS A WOMAN I WAS SCARED TO WALK INTO THE DEALERSHIP. IN THE PAST I HAVE BEEN TOTALLY IGNORED AT OTHER MERCEDES DEALERS.. I WAS GREETED VERY WARMLY BY THE RECEPTIONIST AND SALVATORE LARBARERA CAME OVER TO GREET ME.HE INVITED ME OVER TO HIS OFFICE (DESK) AND ASKED MANY QUESTIONS ABOUT WHAT I WAS INTERESTED IN.. I HAD A CERTAIN PRICE IN MIND HE HAD ANOTHER..WE WENT BACK AND FORTH A FEW TIMES WITH SAL DOING EVERYTHING HE COULD POSSIBLY DO IN ORDER TO GET ME MY PRICE.. I WAS SO HAPPY WHEN I GOT THE PRICE I COULD AFFORD. WE MADE ARRANGEMENT FOR ME TO PICK UP THE CAR IN A FEW DAYS..I TOLD EVERYONE WHAT A GREAT DEAL I GOT..NOONE BELIEVED ME..THEY ALL SAID THAT I COULD NEVER GET THE CAR FOR THAT INEXPENSIVE PRICE,THEY WARNED ME THAT I WOULD BE IN FOR A RUDE AWAKENING WHEN I WENT TO PICK UP THE CAR. I CALLED OTHER DEALERS..NO ONE CAME CLOSE TO THE PRICE I GOT. THIS MADE ME EVEN MORE STRESSED OUT. WHEN IT WAS TIME FOR ME TO PICK UP THE CAR..I WAS READY FOR THE BALL TO DROP...IT NEVER DID..THEY KEPT THEIR WORD AND EVERYTHING WENT SO SMOOTHLY..I WAS IN SHOCK!!!
