Sal gave us a very warm greeting and ensured us that he was there to help us in our purchase with no pressure or games. One comment he made to us was that he lived locally and many of his friends and neighbors were customers and his integrity was everything as he often runs into his customers outside of work. This seemed to be the sediment of their entire staff and more importantly, the management. I cannot say enough about Sal and the entire sales management team at Mercedes of Freehold. I was very impressed with the level of friendly customer service at Mercedes Benz of Freehold, NJ. My sales rep Paul not only took the time to show me a couple of SUVs at 8 o'clock at night, when I arrived service at Mercedes Benz of Freehold, NJ. She quickly verfied my information and worked to get the vehicle I had choosen. Chantel answered all of my questions in a pleasant manner and offered to take me on a test drive. This being the first time I owned a MB. During the ride she answered any and all questions i had about the vehicle. After a few days she called me to ask if I had any questions about the car and how I liked it. I found this to be amazing because i didn't expect to hear from her again.
