I was very impressed with the level of friendly customer service at Mercedes Benz of Freehold, NJ. My sales rep Paul not only took the time to show me a couple of SUVs at 8 o'clock at night, when I arrived service at Mercedes Benz of Freehold, NJ. In the two days following, Paul emailed a few other SUV choices to help me make the most informed and best possible selection, even answered all of my service cost related questions too, even the ones he did not know the answers to, he followed up with ever last one. The following Sat. I purchased the Black on Black ML350 :) they had it all ready when I arrived Sat. morning, as promised, and had me in\out and done with the paper work quickly, effiently and informatively as they did through out the entier process. I purchased a 2006 Lincoln Navigator, on 27 Aug. and have not recieved my plates and registration, as of 24 Sept.. I have called at least 20 times to find out what the hold up is. To the best of my knowledge, what I have gotten as an answer, is, the title for the truck was not signed by the previous owner. I am waiting since the 15th of Sept. when my temporary plates expired. They will not authorize a rental car for me, or offer any form of compensation for my inconvenience, over the last 9 days. More

She quickly verfied my information and worked to get the vehicle I had choosen. Chantel answered all of my questions in a pleasant manner and offered to take me on a test drive. This being the first time I owned a MB. During the ride she answered any and all questions i had about the vehicle. After a few days she called me to ask if I had any questions about the car and how I liked it. I found this to be amazing because i didn't expect to hear from her again. This showed me she really cared about me and not the vehicle. It was truly a great car buying experience. I would gladly recommend anyone to this dealership and of course to Chantel.
