Ray Catena of Freehold - Mercedes-Benz Dealership

I purchased a 2006 Lincoln Navigator, on 27 Aug. and have not recieved my plates and registration, as of 24 Sept.. I have called at least 20 times to find out what the hold up is. To the best of my knowledge not recieved my plates and registration, as of 24 Sept.. I have called at least 20 times to find out what the hold up is. To the best of my knowledge, what I have gotten as an answer, is, the title for the truck was not signed by the previous owner. I am waiting since the 15th of Sept. when my temporary plates expired. They will not authorize a rental car for me, or offer any form of compensation for my inconvenience, over the last 9 days. More

Although my experience wasn't great, I know others that dealt with better sales people and had good experiences. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted ready to buy and was told that there were no white dealt with better sales people and had good experiences. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted ready to buy and was told that there were no white ML350 on the east coast and it would cost me $2500 to have one shipped from California. When I asked about a diesel engine I was told that I wouldn't like the way the car drove...how would the salesperson know what I like? He didn't have any so he talked he down. I ended up going up the road to Ray Catena who had 4 white ML's in the showroom and gave me a terrific price More
