The worst dealership in the world. The salesman kept asking stupid questions, however do not allow you to do a test drive! The supervisor, Joe, is an arrogant ass-hole!!! We walked into the Mercedes-Benz dealership with simply the though of test driving a vehicle. Immediately, we experienced a level of professionalism experienced never before at a car dealership. My friends suggested that we treated ourselves to a Mercedes-Benz, the Salesman (Abeth Vincent) wasted no time to address our needs. He was patient and was not over aggressive. He was very knowledgeable and confident of his product. We were treated with Respect and was given a great deal. He gained our trust and will continue to earn our business. Because of that trust, I highly recommend Abeth and this dealership to anyone in the Market for a new or used vehicle. It was a privilege to work with Abeth and I urge every to go experience such high level of professionalism. Keep up the good work!!! More
First let me say the last thing I wanted was a European Luxury car... let alone a Mercedes-Benz??? I have had various Lexus models over the past 10 years and I figured that anything other than my ES - GS Luxury car... let alone a Mercedes-Benz??? I have had various Lexus models over the past 10 years and I figured that anything other than my ES - GS or RX would be a total compromise. I mean you does it better when it comes to features and quality and amenities and leather seats included as well? Well I was convinced that Japan had it figured out when it comes to the American car buyer. I though...Who can do it better??? OK so I was wrong. Mercedes has gotten it right... albiet they still limit the amount of amenities they offer (WOW! Cup holders for the rear passengers?) but the brand has never been about fluff and just stuff. This company is all about the driver and is a drivers car which is something they have never lost sight of. Now about the dealership. When is the last time you went car shopping and actually had to wait for someone? My experiences have beedn nothing short of a physical assult to get me attention. In this case, the receptionist was attentive and offered me water while I waited and waited, I daydreamed about my future ride (I couldn't just pick one). Eventually I was approached by the salesmanager. Joe and I just sat for awhile and spoke about all things except cars... especially the house brand. So I told Joe that I just happened by his store that afternoon and had some time on my side and thought I would see what the competition to my beloved Lexus brand has been up to. After we talked about "stuff" I told him I had to get going and asked him if I could take a comparison test ride some other time. We exchanged cards and not another word was spoken otherthan I told him I would be back. He introduced me to Abeth Vincent and said I was in good hands. He was accurate with his assessment as Abeth was extremely professional and his follow-up with me was exceptional. I supposed the result of a company culture that I have to believe stems from the morning mantra...customer comes first, the customer comes first, everything else doesnt' matter. Well guess what? After taking several models out for a spin, I settled on the sweetest ride for under 50K and I'm lov'in it (warning: don't drink the kool-aid) to the point I want to drive all the time. I doubt this will ever get old for me. About the sales process...soft and very smooth. I believe Abeth and I worked a fair deal and the management was gracious about having to off-set the remainder of the payments on my 2010 Lexus 350-GS. In this case, being upside down, we had to overcome some hurdles and in doing so, the sales as well as F & I managers treated me with honesty and respect and made a difficult transaction tenable. You can't ask for more and for me they have earned my loyality and in this case, I see myself a loyal and future buyer of Mercedes-Benz of Freehold. Thank you for making me a believer in what a driver's car should be. More

I am thrilled with both the car and the experience. The reason I bought my car from Mercedes and not Land Rover was ultimately in the experience in dealing with Gary. I have been a loyal Volvo owner since 1995 and at one time had 4 Volvos. It was going to take a special car and experince to leave Volvo. I ended up talking with Val Pereira (no relation to me). My ap time had 4 Volvos. It was going to take a special car and experince to leave Volvo. I ended up talking with Val Pereira (no relation to me). My appointment was for 6:15 and Val was waiting when I arrived. He not only showed me the car from the outside, the engine compartment and interior, but highlighted many aspects of the car which I was not familiar with. We then went for the test drive. I like to ask about what things car companies need to improve upon and what are some of the short comings Mercedes owners have raised concerns about. Val was able to answer all my questions in a clear, concise, and down to earth matter without all of the "this is a Mercedes" and they have no issues and dont need to improve. I left a deposit and came back the second day for another test drive - armed with more questions. Once again Val provide insight and expert information. We agreed to a deal. I informed the group that I would be taking the car to my mechanic and would report any issues which FHMB agreed would be corrected. My mechanic identified a minor issue with one of the tires. I informed FHMB and received a call back from their Service Department less than an hour later. I am in the customer service industry and just about everyone talks about customer service, but Val lives it. There was no pressure and overall it was an excellant experience. It is easy to see that Val and FHMB are not in the car business but in the customer service business. They will have a return customer! More

He and his team were friendly and accommodating. The time Gary spent with me ensuring that I was happy with my purchase decision was unlike any customer service I have seen. Now that I have my first Mercedes, I can't imagine going any where but to Gary to get the ones that follow. I highly recommend him when making the decision to drive a Mercedes. More
We had a great sales advisor (Abeth Vincent). Treated us with courtesy, respect and professionalism. He had completed knowledge of the vehicle he was selling us. The entire dealership (sales managers, financial advisors, front-desk, billing, credit, service reps) were also very professional and treated us very well. Will have no hesitation in recommending this dealership to anyone interested in buying a car fro Mercedes Benz of Freehold. Even if you walk in no knowledge of your vehicle or your trade-in you will not feel that they cheated you in any way into buying or selling your trade-in. They did not pressure us into buying or leasing a car from them. Overall it was a great buying experience. More
I had a nice experience at the Mercedes Benz of Freehold dealership. Max Pena made me feel welcome with his demeanor and professionalism. I was there for a little over 5 hours due to a couple of issues but the staff and the amenities provided made the time pass comfortably. There was disconnect between the information posted on Cars.com from the internet sales department and the sales department at the physical location of the dealership. The online listing had the dealer clearly listed as Cars of Freehold. I had my bank issue the down payment check in that name. When I arrived, the name of the dealer was Mercedes Benz of Freehold and my check was not good. Overall I was pleased with the transaction. More
