*Covid Edition*I purchased a CPO Sivlerado from Ray *Covid Edition* I purchased a CPO Sivlerado from Ray Chevrolet. The truck was delivered to my home (Thanks Tony!). Although, when it was delivered, *Covid Edition* I purchased a CPO Sivlerado from Ray Chevrolet. The truck was delivered to my home (Thanks Tony!). Although, when it was delivered, the truck had obviously not been cleaned (let alone detailed). The seats were stained, there was dog hair everywhere, there was garbage in the back pockets of the seats, and the door panels were sticky. This is obviously concerning during COVID that Ray Chevrolet did not ensure the truck had been cleaned or disinfected. I brought this up to Tony and he agreed to pick up the vehicle from my home and return it back to my home (~3 days later). Tony did everything in his hands to ensure the truck received the detail it needed. For these reasons, I thank Tony for all his dedication and hard work! ALTHOUGH, I wish that Ray Chevrolet would have ensured the vehicle was cleaned and disinfected before delivery. More

Excellent Customer Service. I did some research online and picked out a few vehicles to check out. Went on a Saturday to Ray Chevrolet to look for those vehicle. The place was crowded. Walked the lot to and picked out a few vehicles to check out. Went on a Saturday to Ray Chevrolet to look for those vehicle. The place was crowded. Walked the lot to look at a couple of used cars. Was not completely impressed with the 2 I found on line. Then I saw the 2016 Subaru Forrester. I checked it out and test drove it. I was sold. Since I was preapproved from my financial group, I started the paperwork with Cody Gonzales. It took awhile buy I received a financing number from their finance group. It worked for me. A little more of a wait and I signed the paperwork, made my down payment and drove away with my car. In Monday I had a couple of small issues that Cody took care of immediately. Great customer service. Great follow up. Very Professional. More
