Ray Chevrolet is great! I brought my car in for a pretty intense detail, buff and wax. Dog hair, dirt, you name it! It was spotless!! I was able to get my oil changed at the same time. Kyle the service advisor is great! Very professional and doesn’t keep you waiting! Very happy with the customer service and the detail. Highly recommend!!

While in service for routine 3rd oil change, Dan helped me, a senior citizen, to personally hook up my new smart phone & explain some of the phone functions on my 2017 Spark. I felt this was beyond & above his position responsibility. When service was completed, Dan also gave me a few extra phone tips that will be most helpful. Thanks so much Dan!

Went in for an appointment at 2:45pm. for an oil change... I sat there for 45 min. Then I went out side and noticed my car hasn't even moved. I told the service advisor I could not say much longer. If it will be much longer I will have to reschedule. He did not hesitate and got my keys and I left. What a waste of time. I took the day off of work to get this done.... Will not return to this place.
