Whenever I go in, I always go to Luis Rivera, who is one of my favorite people that work in service. He is so friendly, accomadating, and extremely easy to talk to. He really makes sure to go the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied and happy. He makes it known that your car is in good hands. At the end of each visit, he outlines what exactly was done, needs to be done, and is always open to questions. This guy really knows what he's doing and deserves recognition!
