Beware of Bait & Switch! I had no issues upon my initial purchase aside from the typical dealership long back and forth process. Where Ray rubbed me wrong is they contacted m I had no issues upon my initial purchase aside from the typical dealership long back and forth process. Where Ray rubbed me wrong is they contacted me regarding an incentive that I was never eligible for. Knowing this might be a "get me through the door tactic" I confirmed with two customer service personnel that I indeed did qualify for what they were pitching. Lo and behold I arrive to my scheduled appt. only to discover I did not qualify...not for anything! The entire process as communicated to me was a sales gimmick. The fact they were so detailed and confident in my eligibility, as I was deemed "a customer with great credit" is what makes this intolerable. A waste of time for all involed and now one less customer. Proceed with caution if you are targeted by Ray's customer service bait. More

Friendly and Informative I went in to Ray Chevrolet to learn more about the Chevy Bolt. I'm not sure if an electric car is for me since I had never really driven one but figu I went in to Ray Chevrolet to learn more about the Chevy Bolt.
