I wish local dealers in our area could only perform as well. Rich Gniadek took the lead on delivery of this vehicle to my wife and I, and all I can say is we came home with more than just a car. We shared a great experience and made a friend in the process. He took the extra time with us that I don't feel others would. If there was a board of Customer Service Managers I would pick Rich to run it.
