Great experience! Two weeks ago today my husband and I went to Ray Chevrolet in Foxlake. We went at 8 o'clock ( which was an hour before close) and we were escorted t Two weeks ago today my husband and I went to Ray Chevrolet in Foxlake. We went at 8 o'clock ( which was an hour before close) and we were escorted to Tony Jensen's desk. Right away Tony shook our hands and asked how he could assist us. We explained to him that we wanted to lease an SUV. We were interested in the Chevy Trax. We told him our budget and he said that he would do the best that he could. He did just that! We got the car that we needed and wanted within our budget, and with the upgrades that we wanted! It took a while to finish up paperwork and such but all the employees were so patient and explained everything to us throughout the entire process. Tony has followed up with us on several occasions to see how the car is and to ask if we needed anything. Everyone there is a genuine person that wants to make sure that all of their customers get exactly what they need and want. What more can you ask for?! More

After an experience at another dealership the week before I was ready for a fight....but there was none at your dealership. Al is straight forward and honest. I said Carmax would buy our car for $4000, can he match it. After talking with the used car manager he said sell it to carmax, so we did. He didn't pull the "bring it up and we'll see what we can do" like the other dealership did. On Monday morning we put a $500 deposit down, sold our car to carmax and drove 1 hr 45min to take a look. Al was busy when we arrived but had another salesman go with us on a test drive. This was the car for us. I showed Al some scratches that weren't visible in the pictures.... without batting an eye he said he would take car of it but would take a day or two. That was fine because they couldn't take the carmax bank draft so we would have to deposit it and have it clear. Offered us a rental, I said no thanks. A day goes by, the carmanx check clears, we call Al he says paint guy didn't make it in, but will be done the next day and they were going to paint the whole back bumper and make sure it looks nice. Sure enough when we picked the car up the following day we couldn't be happier!!! The scratches were hardly noticeable, if any, and the bumper looked brand new We drove 1hr 45min each way (twice) and I would do it again in a heartbeat after dealing with your dealership More
