Finally a dealer that cares! I went to Ray Chevrolet after visiting about 20 other dealers across the state. The difference was immediate and huge. Greg Kloczkowski came out and a I went to Ray Chevrolet after visiting about 20 other dealers across the state. The difference was immediate and huge. Greg Kloczkowski came out and asked if we needed any help and what we were looking for. I was at other dealers for over an hour and no one came out to talk. Once I explained what I was looking for Greg pointed out several vehicles that matched my requests. Greg never tried to steer me to another vehicle but concentrated on getting me what I asked for. This was a refreshing change from past experiences. Greg was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. I truly believe he did his best to get me the vehicle I wanted with the best deal I could get. I left with exactly the vehicle I was looking for at a price I feel was fair. Greg and the rest of the employee's were all great (unfortunately I don' t remember their names) and I was very comfortable working with them. The finance guy I only remember as Tom was very knowledgeable and efficient as well. good service We recently had service done on our Trailblazer because of a "recall" from Chevrolet. The service rep, T.J. Burke called to tell us to consider replac We recently had service done on our Trailblazer because of a "recall" from Chevrolet. The service rep, T.J. Burke called to tell us to consider replacing the fuel pump. At this time it would only be the cost of the part, there wouldn't be any additional labor charge since the "recall" part of the work required removing the gas tank and while it was apart it was easy to replace the fuel pump. Since we plan on keeping the car for a long time and we have had friends that have needed to replace their fuel pump we went ahead with the new pump. T.J.'s heads up attention to our job was appreciated. More
