I was contacted promptly by one of the sales reps who told me that Tim Enzenbacher was already working on financing for me due to filling out the pre-approval on Ray Chevrolet's website. By Tim already working on my financing, I canceled an appointment I had at a different dealership because they did not have the same level of customer service that Ray had. From the moment that I walked into Ray Chevrolet on 4/26/14, I was taken care of and assured by Tim that he would work something out so I could drive off in the Cruze the same day. Between Tim and Joe Nash, they got me a great deal and were extremely nice and supportive. Joe even extended my warrenties to last the whole life of my loan, Ray, the president of Ray Chevrolet personally came over to congratulate me, and Ray Jr. showed me the feature of the car and got me set-up with OnStar and my phone's Bluetooth synced to the car . All in all, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had especially since it was my first brand new car and also my first car in my name with no co-signers.
