Used Car Purchase for Daughter Thanks for the giving me the opportunity to write this review. My teen daughter recently learned to drive and has entered the work force. It was time Thanks for the giving me the opportunity to write this review. My teen daughter recently learned to drive and has entered the work force. It was time for me to buy her a car to get her to and from work safely and without the cost breaking the bank. I went to a couple of dealerships and was not able to find a car that I thought was a good fit for her. I went to Ray Chevrolet and I met and worked with Greg Kloczkowski. He was friendly and he immediately understood what I was looking for. He showed me the cars that I had on my list and I didn't really like them. He then showed me a couple of cars that he thought may be a good fit for my daughter. I liked the Pontiac G6 and I ended up buying it. Before I purchased it though, my family has mutiple test drives and questions about the car. Greg was super at addressing the questions and helping us investigate anything that we thought needed to be looked at. He was always available and answered texts and phone calls promptly. Lastly, the car did not come with FOB, Greg went out of his to find us one without us asking him to do so. As anyone knows, buying a car is usually a long and painful experience. Greg has changed this experience to an excellent painless experience. I will probably buy a new vehicle next year for myself. I will definitely go back to Ray Chevrolet and work with Greg, Thanks Greg and Ray Chevrolet!!!! Carlos More

Great car, great price, great service My wife and I had a great experience shopping with Ray Chevrolet, and specifically John Lesniak. We shopped several dealerships looking for a Buick En My wife and I had a great experience shopping with Ray Chevrolet, and specifically John Lesniak. We shopped several dealerships looking for a Buick Enclave, and found the one we wanted at Ray Chevy (not the closest dealership we looked at). Easy to find and get to, the facilities were clean and accessible (elevator for our stroller). John was very knowledgable about not only the car, but also the process. This is helpful to a couple of newbies like us. We had to wait several weeks to get the price we wanted, but eventually it dropped into the affordability range. I called John and left a message on Friday stating we were interested in purchasing, and John called me back on Saturday morning. By the time we arrived at the dealership, he had most of the paperwork ready to go, making the whole process very quick. From John, to the business manager, to the tech team, everyone thoroughly explained everything we were signing, and all our available options. One thing I found very helpful was the tech team, which we hadn't experienced at any other dealerships. Ray Jr (third generation) was my liaison for the tech team. He sat in the car with me, helping with my initial call to OnStar, and showing me the car's electronic goodies. I would recommend this dealership if you're looking for a straight-forward car buying experience, and the opportunity to work with people like John and Ray Jr will make you happy you stopped in.
