Went in to just get a price estimate on my used car to be traded in. Worked with us to pay off my car and get me a loan agreement with my interest being 20% lower then what my old loan was and my car payment traded in. Not only do I now have a better loan, I have a brand new car, with 3 years of warranty, 5 years for the engine and transmission. They were great and even though my dad and I didn't have enough for the down payment at that very moment they worked with us on that. Great experience! More

Rich Gniadek was my salesman and from start to finish he made me feel like I was his only customer and that no matter what kind of outragous request I gave to him he was willing to try and help me get into the vehicle that I wanted and never told me that there was nothing he could do. Rich listened to everything I had to say and found me the perfect car and stayed within my budget. I will definitely go back to RIch if I ever need another vehicle and I will tell all my family and friends to go see Rich for all their car buying needs. But it didn't stop with RIch, once I decided to buy the vehicle, Matt Douvikas the general sales manager was able to come up with a deal that I could afford and would not stop until I was comfortable with the price and payment. But it didn't stop there either because once I agreed to the terms, Dan Loggins the finance manager worked really hard to get me an extended warranty and maintenance package that still stayed within my budget. I have been to other dealerships to shop around and no one can touch the staff at Ray Chevrolet in Fox Lake when it comes to customer service and customer satisfaction. I'm young, female, and have sketchy credit; I've seen how people like me tend to get treated in this industry... but Greg Kloczkowski addressed all my worries head-on by being well-mannered, up-front, and kind-hearted. He is the antithesis of most "car people" in that respect. Ray Chevrolet is a family-owned business, and after buying a car with them, I truly feel like a member of that family. Scratch that: I feel like a PROUD member of that family. I would NEVER buy a car anywhere else. The salesman that I had worked with on my last purchase had retired so I worked with Chris Kahlmorgan who was absolutely outstanding. He had a vehicle pulled up to the building when I arrived chosen by the information that I had given him over the phone, it turned out to be the perfect truck for me so I decided to lease it. Throughout the process several people asked how everything was going and Chris offered me something to drink several times during the process. He fully explained the entire process to me and made sure I fully understood the features on my new truck. I then went to see the customer service guy who again was outstanding and then off to finance to see Dan Loggins, I worked with him on the previous purchase as well, this guy knows his business, very fast and thourough.
