I live in St. Louis and found a Traverse at Rays Cheverlet on autotrader.com. There were no pictures in the listing so I emailed the dealership. Guillermo Ruiz emailed me a bunch of pictures the n Cheverlet on autotrader.com. There were no pictures in the listing so I emailed the dealership. Guillermo Ruiz emailed me a bunch of pictures the next morning. The pictures were fantastic. My husband spoke with Guillermo to make sure nothing was wrong with the car before we decided to drive 5 hours to look at it. After we were convinced it was ok, we made the 5 hour trek. We met with Guillermo, took a test drive, and began the paperwork. Guillermo was professional and went way above what most salesmen would've done. Rays Chevrolet has a true gem on their sales team. After we left in our new car, my husband received a text from Guillermo making sure the car was driving ok and that we were happy. He also informed us that he had come in on his day off. Not a lot of people do that. We were very lucky to have to deal with Guillermo. He made the drive totally worth it. We love our car and have Guillermo to thank. We stopped and looked at several Suburban’s and Tahoe’s on the way down. We found a couple that we liked and compared them to the one at Ray Chevrolet. The price that they listed was typical of the Suburban’s that we saw. Jay Conway was the main reason that we decided to go with the one at Ray Chevrolet. He and the service department went out of their way to make sure that the used truck that we bought was as close to new condition that they could get it. Jay is very friendly and easy to work with. We are very happy with our purchase and would go back in the future. More

Quick responses, friendly people, and good pricing are great assets to a dealership, but Ray Chevy takes it to another level. I did my homework prior to the visit so I was a pretty easy sale.
