Outstanding customer service I took my 2015 Chevy Tahoe into Ray Chevrolet in Fox Lake, IL for an oil change and to have the lane departure sensor checked. Tony Hefner, my servic I took my 2015 Chevy Tahoe into Ray Chevrolet in Fox Lake, IL for an oil change and to have the lane departure sensor checked. Tony Hefner, my service advisor, was polite and efficient as he asked questions about what I had experienced with the sensor. He suggested the recent snowstorm may be responsible for the sensor icon not appearing on the dashboard and made sure to have it checked out. After the service was complete, Tony suggested that he ride along on a test drive to make sure that my concerns were met. The sensor worked perfectly and had been blocked by some snow or ice as Tony had suggested. I appreciated that Tony took my concerns seriously and was willing to ride with me to check out the sensor function. The staff at Ray was very gracious and I was offered some bottled water or coffee several times during my wait. I am a satisfied customer and will return to Ray Chevrolet in the future. More

2011 Chevy Malibu Alternator To begin I have lived in Fox Lake area for over 10 years!! in the 10 years I have live in this area I purchased 2008 Chevy Impala, 2010 Traverse, 2011 To begin I have lived in Fox Lake area for over 10 years!! in the 10 years I have live in this area I purchased 2008 Chevy Impala, 2010 Traverse, 2011 Malibu, and 2013 Equinox from Ray Now our daughter is purchasing her first car and of course only place to go is Ray Chevrolet!! Here was our Dilemma: October of 2016 our 2011 Chevy Malibu was driving "funny" I would press the gas pedal, RPM would increase but i am not moving no more than 20 MPH. I was able to drive it home and i immediately call GM/Chevy (warranty department) I explained the problem to their customer service over the phone gave me assistance on Diagnostic voucher. I was able to get in for an appointment right away. The service team at Ray Chevy Kyle Miller, Liz, and Brian A. were very helpful most of all very understanding of my situation. To make a long story short the Alternator on the Malibu has to be rebuild with over $2,000.00 cost I express how this is putting me on a bind and need a vehicle to commute to work. Kyle has been in direct contact with me during the diagnostic process what the issue was unfortunately it was the alternator. Elizabeth has gone above and beyond her powers to make me feel better and assure our vehicle is in good hands. My 2011 Malibu is being repaired with partial assistance with GM loyalty customer and Ray Chevrolet is WON me over!! this whole process has been stressful and sleepless night now I am HAPPY to say our vehicle will be fixed.
