This was our first time getting our JGC serviced at Ray in Fox Lake and they did an awesome job! Patrick Leahey in their service department was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help us. At my warranty work appt I was told at the last min it would cost $1000+ instead of free under manufacture warranty because one of the service writers said my truck was manufactured in Canada and the warr would cost $1000+ instead of free under manufacture warranty because one of the service writers said my truck was manufactured in Canada and the warranty doesn’t cover it. Found out they were wrong and my truck was manufactured in Michigan! Rip off attempt or no idea what they’re doing?? More
