I had the oil filter adapter replaced on our 2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk while getting the 01C recall done. Overall service was good. However, this dealer charges way over MSRP for parts. MSRP is manufac Cherokee Trailhawk while getting the 01C recall done. Overall service was good. However, this dealer charges way over MSRP for parts. MSRP is manufacturer suggested RETAIL price. This is what I would expect to pay for an item as a consumer. I was told "MSRP is what warranty pays." They charged 140% of MSRP for parts needed to replace the oil filter adapter. This is absolutely ridiculous to me. More

Had multiple items done on my 2009 Truck (maintenance & repairs) over a few visits and throughout the whole process it was very painless.
