didn’t really explain anything to me. and waited about 3 hours i should’ve been told it would take that long so i could go home and not wait at the dealership. Before the service started she made me sign a sheet and i asked if her if it was ONLY the oil change and she said yes and i signed it thinking it will be free because she told me but at the end i did not sign that form because i didn’t know what even was.
