At Ray Chevrolet they always take care of me, earthing is explained with what's going on with my truck and they work with me on pricing. I wouldn't trust any other dealership to take care of my vehicles. explained with what's going on with my truck and they work with me on pricing. Service department is ridiculous. 2013 Ram 1500 Sport. Took truck in 4 times because the 4 wheel drive wasn't working. I'm mechanically inclined and said the grinding was in the 2013 Ram 1500 Sport. Took truck in 4 times because the 4 wheel drive wasn't working. I'm mechanically inclined and said the grinding was in the front. They put a new transfer case in, $200 deductible, still didn't work after returning it to me saying it did.New 4 wheel drive control computer installed, $400. Still didn't work after getting the truck back. Took it back and had a mechanic walk next to the truck while driving it in 4x4. Said it sounded like the front driveshaft ujoints. 2 weeks later told it was getting a whole new front differential. Get it back and it finally had 4 wheel drive. A month later a vibration in the front end while turning left. Took it in to have it looked at, but no mechanic available. Took it to a different shop to find out that passenger front bearing was shot, with about a 1/4 inch play in it, and the driver side CV boot torn and leaking grease. Had the bearing let go the tire could have come off the truck causing a major accident and or major damage to the truck itself. Dealer wanted another $200 deductible to fix just that 1 side. I ended up doing both myself for $280. Got a call from them today asking about my experience with them and my truck. When I explained my dissatisfaction, I was told thank you and have a nice day... Unbelievable....no attempt at making me happy or anything. This is the second truck I have purchased within the last 3 years from this dealer group and I will not be returning, for purchase, service or parts. Diagnosis is terrible, just throw parts at it...
