I was very displeased with my last visit. I have left this dealership in tears a few times. My brand new van has had a few issues since I purchased it in December. Rather than explaining the issues to me like a mom driving a minivan who do My brand new van has had a few issues since I purchased it in December. Rather than explaining the issues to me like a mom driving a minivan who doesn't know cars, could understand, I was treated like a nuisance. They assume everyone knows as much about cars as they do, and if you don't, you are treated like an idiot. I was just trying to understand why I was having so many issues with my brand new van. There were also multiple times where I picked up my van, started to head home, and realized the issue was still not resolved. More
